By merging various approaches, Christelle is dedicated to guiding clients on a transformative journey toward emotional regulation, resilience, and personal growth. Adlerian Therapy is rooted in understanding the importance of your unique life story, your sense of belonging, and your pursuit of significance. Together, we’ll explore your personal history, family dynamics, and life goals to gain insight into the factors that influence your current thoughts and behaviors. By fostering social interest and setting purposeful goals, we can work towards enhancing a client's overall well-being and sense of fulfillment.
